Complaints

We strive to offer you excellent care and a transparent communication. Mutual trust is of great importance. In case you feel your doctor has treated you carelessly or wrongly, it is important that you let us know. We like to hear from you if you are dissatisfied, in order to discuss this with you and learn from it.

Please make an appointment with your doctor in order to clarify the problem. In many cases this can solve misunderstandings.

In case the problem cannot be solved by mutual agreement, you can file a complaint with the Stichting Klachten en Geschillen Eerstelijnszorg (SKGE) to which our practice is affiliated. There are no costs involved.
